I have a date coming up and i need some help please. Physical looks advice...body and clothes etc?

I ideally want to tone up my tummy and hips and i dont realy know any good ways to do so in a reasonably short space of time, does anyone have and eating advice or little exercises i can do that actually work?!?! I also dont know what to wear, im a size 12-14, 5'7, dark hair, fairly broad, curvy sort of figure, but i dont want to look like ive tried too hard or like i havent made any effort. As far as a diet goes I toned up big time and got muscular by jogging for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night, i also did 100 situps a day and 50 pushups a day, i ate for breakfast a sunny side up egg %26amp; orange juice with rye bread, for lunch i ate carrots, celery and a rye sandwich for dinner i had an apple and campbells chicken noodle soup, everyday i wrote down in a journal what i ate and how many calories I took in so i would know how much excersize to do. there is 3500 calories in 1 lb so you have to know how much calories to take in a day and how much excersize to do.





as far as what you should wear goes, if you wanna look sexy and curvy and are worried about showing a little fat or something(not being mean) wear a flowy loose kinda shirt that can boost your cleavage up and a pair of tight jeans or skirt.I have a date coming up and i need some help please. i am a cyclist, i suggest you ride a bike vigorously for up to one hour everyday. eat 5 small meals every 3 hours. your first two meals include all your grains and two fruits, for your last three meals include all your veggies. make sure to eat LEAN protein with every meal. it is also essential to drink a gallon of water a day! but most importantly be happy with yourself... and if you enjoy junk food allow yourself one day every two weeks to have it. that means twice a month you can eat whatever you want. hope that helps!
Always go overboard, especially if he is a really nice guy. He could be planning on a special dinner with you. Or you can try a cute dress and a sweater. Those are always great fashions for a first date. Or if he knows you very well, where something nice, but normal for you, like your best pair of jeans that show off your butt along with that cute punk shirt with a sports coat, and some Converse tennis shoes.
If you wear a skirt or dress, you'll look like you're trying too hard. Wear pants/shorts with a cute top and jewelry. Don't worry about the quick exercises. They won't make a difference in a short period of time. I'm sure you look fine anyway--he already asked you out, right? He must think you're attractive. Just be yourself. Not too much makeup. Make sure you smell good and have good breath.
okay first you kind of need to calm down things will work out if its a date hes into you. second wear something that looks nice or great but makes you feel comfortable something like a blue dress. and try not to be nervous maybe talk to a friend before he picks you up and let them calm you down or just listen to some soft music
If your personality is good he's probably not even going to worry about your physical appearence.
You should wear something tight or so.
