go for it. the whole point of dating is to get to know the other person. maybe you will find out that you really like this girl or maybe you'll find out you might not like her as much as you thought you did. There is only one way to find out. See how you get along at the dance and then if everything goes well ask her. you have really nothing to lose, and no, its not too soon
first of all, you gota make sure she likes you the way u like her.. maybe she just wants to be BFF's for a while. you should get to know her. Ask her questions about her and her life. she what she likes and dislikes. then if you can, get her number and call her or maybe even text her... hope this helps !

Well maybe you should get to know her better. I mean she could be totally not what she seems to be. Feel it out for a little while. Get closer so nothing is ackward and then go for it. But that is a little to soon.
