ok i want to ask this girl out i met a couple times. my friend,who's neighbors with her, gave me her number. would it be too wierd if i asked her out and she didn't know how i got her number? also if she does say yes im kindda shy around people i dont know and i dont want the date to be akward so where should i take her and what should i say to break the ice, if she says yes... i hope. btw shes 13 im 14.Dating advice, want to ask out girl?

So, just try and hang out with her a bit more and get to know each other better, then maybe become friends, then if she seems to like you, ask her out.
